Unlike other coaches, I do not sell coaching sessions in packages because I believe each client is a dynamic individual. Together we tailor our working relationship to the goals of the individual rather than a static time frame. That being said, I do recommend at least 6 sessions in order to make big and consistent strides toward your goals. I also believe in reducing financial barriers to coaching by creating an affordable hourly rate.
45 minute call to get to know each other and assess if coaching is the right fit for you.
The client can have up to one session each week. Each coaching session will take place over the phone and last 50-60 minutes.
If financial barriers exist, we can discuss options in our complimentary session together.
These saunters are a safe and intimate place to reconnect to nature in a deeply meaningful way. The pace is slow so that you can take in all the healing qualities of the forest. They are not about logging miles or focusing on the destination, they are about the mindful journey. Over the course of the walk, we will connect to nature in a way that will likely lower your stress levels and blood pressure while increasing your cognitive functions and immune system.
Join us in a group session held every Saturday morning.
